Jim Lim

Jim Lim is the Director of Finance for Carelon Global Solutions in the Philippines. He governs financial decisions to safeguard company resources, establish a sound control environment, and promote transparency and accountability. He ensures strict compliance with all applicable finance laws, regulations, and policies, both internal and external.

Jim previously served as Finance Director at Carlson, Head of Center Support at Bayer, Vice President of Finance at Deutsche Bank, and Country Finance Manager at Maersk Group.

Jim is a Certified Public Accountant and completed a bachelor’s in accountancy at the University of the Philippines..
