Mitchel (Mitch) Don Ferraz is the Director of Compliance for Carelon Global Solutions in the Philippines. He applies his extensive experience in risk management, compliance management, audit, information technology, security, and operations management to ensure the compliance of all lines of business. Mitch governs and monitors all external certifications, internal policies, and procedures related to ethics, compliance, privacy, and security to provide a strong line of defense for data and platforms.
Previously, Mitch held senior roles at the Bank of the Philippine Islands, International Container Terminal Services, Inc., Wipro, QBE Insurance Group Limited, Arvato Bertelsmann, Shearwater Health, and Sodexo.
