Ronald Valdez is the Director of Information Technology Infrastructure and Operations for Carelon Global Solutions in the Philippines. He has over a decade of experience in information technology (IT) management.
Previously, Ronald was a Senior IT Manager for an outsourcing company, where he was responsible for supporting 12 centers with over 16,000 associates.
Ronald has a degree in computer engineering and is a Certified Unicenter Administrator. He also holds a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certificate and an Information Technology Infrastructure Library V3 Foundation certificate.
