Bon Lopez

Bon Lopez is the Director of Workforce Management at Carelon Global Solutions Philippines. He supports a team of workforce management (WFM) managers, capacity planners, schedulers, and real-time analysts responsible for end-to-end WFM capabilities. He leads the planning and organization of workforce management functions across Carelon Global Solutions Philippines’ delivery locations. His responsibilities include delivering efficient, effective, and accurate forecasting, and realizing the full potential of the workforce management teams.

Bon has 16 years of professional WFM experience in information technology and business process outsourcing. Before joining Carelon Global Solutions he worked as the Global Workforce Management Leader handling all of Concentrix Philippines’ Healthcare accounts, including Anthem, Humana, Cigna, and Aetna. In addition, Bon also held key WFM roles with EXL Philippines, Cognizant, SHORE Solutions, Teletech, and SPi Global Solutions. He graduated with a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering/Electrical Engineering.
