Ed Gilman Jr. is the Managing Director, Customer Care, Provider Services in the Philippines. He oversees multiple verticals in technology, telecommunications, retail, and healthcare. This includes leading over 3,000 associates to help healthcare providers and members find answers on medical and dental plan benefits, eligibility, authorization, and claims. His team aims to provide best-in-class customer experience through accurate and timely response and effective resolution of caller issues.

Previously, Ed was with Accenture, where he directed utilization management intake operations, care coordination, claims recovery, refund adjudication, and provider appeals and correspondence.

Ed completed a bachelor’s in computer engineering at the Technological Institute of the Philippines.
