Marie Grace “Gracie” Cruz is the Training and Quality Director at Carelon Global Solutions Philippines. A seasoned professional with a proven track record, Gracie has 20 years of experience in business process outsourcing. She was previously Senior Director for Training and Quality at ResultsCX, a role that encompassed multiple industries including a large footprint in healthcare transformation.
Gracie played a pivotal role in designing and executing comprehensive training programs and elevating quality assurance processes to meet and exceed industry benchmarks in locations that include the United States, Mexico, Honduras, and Bulgaria.
She was a key figure in developing ResultsCX’s strategy, creating unique value propositions that won new businesses and grew existing clients for the company. More importantly, Gracie delivered approximately $1M worth of savings through harnessed data-driven insights from her training and quality initiatives.
