Neriza Kintanar

Neriza (Rae) Kintanar is the Senior Director, Human Resources for Carelon Global Solutions in the Philippines. She leads recruitment, learning and development, compensation and benefits, associate engagement, and company culture initiatives.

Previously, Rae served as Site Human Resources Lead for Maersk Global Shared Services, Director of Recruitment for Convergys, and Human Resources Director at Integreon. In these roles, she handled human resource functions, managed long-term global transformation projects, established end-to-end processes, and led local and international recruitment efforts.

Rae completed her bachelor’s in organization communication at the University of the Philippines.
