Nicolai (Nicki) Agcaoili is the Chief Strategy and Planning Officer for Carelon Global Solutions in the Philippines. He is responsible for driving, communicating, and implementing strategic initiatives by ensuring that business programs and projects meet the defined success criteria and are seamlessly executed. In partnership with other leaders, Nicki strives to foster a culture of agility, continuous improvement, and innovation by developing a work environment that enables associates to work efficiently.
Nicki has over 20 years of industry experience in business process outsourcing and management. Prior to Carelon Global Solutions, he led operations, business development, and account management teams across the Philippines, Vietnam, Nicaragua, and India at TTEX Holdings, Convergys, and Sykes Asia.
Nicki holds a bachelor’s in creative writing from the University of the Philippines.
