Odi Bueno | Carelon Global Solutions

Odi Bueno is the Delivery Excellence Director for Carelon Global Solutions Philippines. He is responsible for leading and implementing business improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and overall profitability of the organization.

Odi has more than 15 years of professional experience in IT and business process outsourcing. He started his career as a customer service representative and worked his way up to lead operational excellence teams.

Prior to joining Carelon Global Solutions, Odi held key roles in business excellence and transformation, achieving significant improvements in key performance indicators and project savings. He also co-founded a virtual reality and 3D animation startup that won first place in a local startup competition.

Odi graduated with a degree in General Biology at the Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology. He has been a proud Lean Six Sigma practitioner for close to two decades.
